I was brought onto Forza Motorsport shortly after pre-production in the role of a Senior Environment Artist. Under the guidance and vision of the track lead, Gavin Vaden, I worked on modeling and texturing everything from terrain and foliage to architecture and props for three tracks, Road Atlanta, Maple Valley and Rio De Janeiro.

My role on this project was to update incompatible graphics between the Dreamcast and the Xbox. A majority of my work included reworking textures that created moiré patterns, up-ressing the most recognizable landmarks models at different levels of detail and extend the non-drivable streets with true 3D models to replace the 2D textured planes.

I came back to Microsoft and helped the environment team model and texture five highly detailed polygon stadiums. This was also my first time working with outsourcers. Due to poor initial communication and craftsmanship, I helped in remodeling several stadiums to engine specific standards, documenting processes along the way.
