In 1997, the advertising team behind Ivar’s Seafood Restaurant, a chain in Washington, approached our post-production house wanting to create a “retrospective” commercial that featured shorts of their three character mascots in various forms over their 50 year history. Our task was to modernize these characters into the relatively new world of 3D.
